QA Online helps you to ensure maximum yield from the application. Your Online advisor is available for questions. Also, you can submit questions and remarks through the application itself.

If your QA Online advisor cannot immediately answer a question, it will be forwarded to QA Online’s internal helpdesk. You will then receive an answer or a reply as soon as possible, most often via your QA Online advisor.

Bugs or errors will be addressed upon notification and solved according to our SLA. Should you have wishes or ideas for new features then you can also notify us accordingly. We then try to incorporate them in the next version, based on -for example- multiple client requests.

QA Online is an application for quality managers by quality managers. This includes a complaint procedure. Complaints will be handled by the QA Online coordinator.
